About Elsa

Presently I share a house with a beautiful garden by an orchard, near a river, with my family. I write and am in love with the richness and reallness of this deep pool of imagination.

I have grown from a BA in performing arts and a background in dance to teach/direct/hold space and playfully create art together with art-students and actors with intellectual disabillity. I'm on a quest to cultivate more awareness and conciousness in how we relate with each other in the professional performing art world and how we educate our youth. (or how they educate us).

I hold space for a new moon sister circle and feel passionate about female alliance, empowerment and leadership.

Growing up in a deeply spiritual community (one that I am no longer part of), I am finding a new home within me and a new community around me in relatefulness and in earth medicine - earth based spiritual practices.

Decolonizing my sense of hierarchy towards all that surrounds us. Being present with and growing awareness to all the life around us - visible and invisible.

I’m here to reconnect. with myself, my body and the immense wisdom it holds. With the world around me. With your being, body, your wisdom, and our shared beingness. I have started trusting, the seemingly simple, the micro and the silence in relateful practices – trusting that they are like butterfly wings capable of creating a storm on another continent.
