Relateful Camp 2025

Key Presenters

Forrest Wilson

Founder of Luminous Labs, Architecting The Wellbeing Economy and Our Emerging Future

If you're here, you might have a passion for evolutionary consciousness and healing work. I've been fortunate to go on an amazing healing and developmental journey over the last decade. Sparked and catalyzed by the death of my father a few days after I turned 24 years old, I turned inward and committed to living my life as the most true and beautiful expression of the truth and beauty we all are.

The awakening process has taken me deep into the worlds of trauma and healing work. I've found that it is our unmetabolized past and limiting stories we carry that prevent us from opening up to and embodying our fullest potentials. I've been fortunate to study with some of the most amazing healers and practitioners on planet earth, including Kim Barta and Thomas Huebl, while also diving deeply into emergent living and what a post-emergence and post-integral world might look like.

Having connected with some other "later stage at earlier age" millennials, I've found we all have a passion for essencing out into the world more fully and reinventing planetary systems in ways that are in service to all life, planet earth herself, and the evolutionary process consciousness continues to unfold as, with, and through.

I'm happy to be of support to you and your unfolding in any way I can be. Sending you love and joy in this ever unfolding eternal now.

Becoming Homo Luminous: A Field First Approach to Radiant Relating

Deep, Deep, Deep: Relating with Life from The Ground of Wellbeing

Sara Ness

CEO and Chief Instigator at Authentic Revolution

I am the CEO and Chief Catalyst at Authentic Revolution, the Community Guru at the social health nonprofit Seek Healing, and an advisor to the rationalist organization Rethink Wellbeing. When I was 20 years old, I catalyzed a worldwide movement of human connection, and have since influenced over 10,000 students on every continent except Antarctica.

I have trained the leaders of Fortune 50 companies such as Google and Dell to be more empathetic and authentic in their work, and held extended internal trainings for Mindvalley, Rebel Wisdom, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. My work has been used by CEOs, university professors, climate experts, and AI researchers to connect people during wars, classes, board meetings, and epidemics.

I'm a trained mediator with the International Mediation Campus and a trained Circler with both Circling Europe and The Integral Center. Across the world, I'm widely acclaimed as an expert in the fields of experience design, facilitation, and community-building.

As an instigator of authenticity, facilitator of connection, and awkward turtle of social situations, I have worked with tens of thousands of students in sectors from Mindvalley to Burning Man, facilitating authentic leadership and communication. I am the author of the source text for her field, co-founded and ran two of the longest-running Authentic Relating communities in the world, and built an online platform for connection practices that ran events for more than 1,200 consecutive days.

My writings and teaching have led to the foundation of 30+ authentic relating communities, performance troupes, nonprofits, several independent businesses, and at least one baby. Passionate about exposing the joy of human connection and exploring our creative potential through relationship, I am most lit up by creating things – projects, books, movements, systems, anything that my heart and brain can chew on at the same time.

Unlocking More Truth/Love in Your Relationship With Money

Valerie Daniel

Managing Director of the Relateful Company

Like most of us, I’ve led a life filled with eclectic choices and experiences, culminating in my saying “yes” when Jordan Myska Allen asked me to accept leadership of Relateful Co two years ago. From the moment I encountered this practice of what we now call “Relatefulness” over a decade ago, I knew it had my name on it.

I had been a leader, for many years, in the Fortune 500 corporate world.  Toward the end of my two decades there, I was drawn into a deep exploration of meditation and spirituality, through the lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda and, subsequently, Clairvision. My spiritual explorations were life-changing for me, ultimately bringing to a close my time in the corporate world. Though profound, I experienced meditation practices as largely solitary. Relatefulness brought this profundity into the living, breathing world of relationship. It was a step into the messiness, the challenge and the quiet exhilaration of being fully alive and in connection.

For over a decade, I have been a facilitator and teacher of this practice.  I am also a coach, working with individuals, groups and executive teams to live and lead more joyously, truthfully and effectively. Through our immensely popular Relateful Coaching program, created by Jordan Myska Allen, I train others to be Relateful coaches.  It is one of the most fulfilling things I do, training others to bring this wonderful way of being and “doing life” to others.

Michael Blas

Coach and Teacher at The Relateful Company

I’m Blas. I’ll introduce myself as Mike and I love when you call me Mike, Mikey, Michael, or other iterations but…I’m Blas. I have a Masters Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology because I believe that people can be happier in their lives and work is a big part of life.

I've poured myself so far into this meditation of life called Relatefulness, that I don’t believe I will ever come back. It is me to be with, you and me. I started circling rebelliously in 2013 and dove in without knowing what it was and without much guidance. I then took every training that felt right for me to take and assisted at SAS and Art of Circling trainings numerous times. I'm now a Lead Teacher of Level Up, and have been integrally involved in the training, coaching, and certifying of hundreds of facilitators.
I have led my own immersions with amazing facilitators and led innumerable drop-in Flow “labs”. I found through school that the pinnacle of facilitation requires that the group arrive together at a place that they were all inspired to go, and that no facilitator can give an experience to another in isolation and have much good come from it.

I coach.

Sometimes it’s on how to be a better facilitator. Sometimes it’s about how to be with the ever-present anxiety someone is feeling. Sometimes it’s about how to be more active in life, relationship, partnership, family… and I go through it with my clients. You know how in soccer there’s sometimes players who are also coaches. That’s me. I get on the field. You will open places in me that I have never had the courage to see. We will find a place where you’re taller than me. You might learn by watching me how to be with people and things that are taller than you. I’m usually taller than people at not being taller than people.
