Through a combination of relational mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotional intelligence practices nurtured by the roots of authentic relating and circling, you'll learn to communicate more honestly and compassionately. 

With these practices designed to increase your self-awareness, empathy, and relational skills, you'll learn to communicate more directly, explore and express your emotions, needs, and desires within a group of other people that care about meaningful connection. 

You'll find out how to set healthy boundaries, and express your thoughts and emotions in a clear and authentic way. 

While being in one of the most gorgeous places on earth we guide the way for each other to embrace how perfect we are in all of the glorious shades of human messiness. 

Practicing in small groups, held with love, you'll immerse yourself in so much spaciousness that you can watch your "no"s and "yes"es emerge in slow motion from the bottom of your soul with overwhelming clarity.

Fabiola says she often feels like a river in its flow. Water starts to describe some of her magic: deceptively simple, mysterious and fun. She brings a trustable directness and deep capacity to be with what is. She can also feel like the one carrying the torch of the most hidden places within us, what we are afraid to expose. That includes our pleasure, joy & bliss - how afraid we are of how good it can be. Being in connection with her can feel like something precious is finding the light, in whispers and crackles. She works underneath it all, she works the soil and boy does the land render its fruits.

IN A PLACE CLOSE TO THE OCEAN

We'll meet at a private venue in the western area of the city of Cascais, located 40 min by train from Lisbon. It's an intimate house with 3 elegant double rooms and a practical 4-bed dorm. May 19 - 21, 2023 Practice Time: 10am - 6pm (with breaks) 

 

PARTICIPATION FEE

460 EUR (incl. 23% VAT) max. 12 participants

  • 3 days relateful practice at a private venue in Cascais, Portugal

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration to the Immersion is confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant.

Weekend Workshops / Immersions Refunds are possible up to 1 week before the event with a 10% admin charge, or the full amount can be credited to a future Relateful Company event, relateful online sessions, 1-1 relateful sessions, or 1-1 coaching.

In the unlikely event that the immersion is cancelled from our side, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund of the participation fee.

We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.

Please make sure you have a personal travel insurance in place.

Withdrawal period (EU) According to the EU directive on distance selling the following applies: You may cancel a workshop 14 days after your online purchase and will receive a full refund without a cancellation fee. You can do so without presenting a reason.

To use this right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly via email at [email protected]. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you concluded the contract or the day the immersion starts.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse entry to our events at our discretion. In these situations we will issue a full refund.
