• The ticket is all-inclusive: all workshops, sessions, activities, airport shuttle, meals, bedding, and towels are included in the ticket price. (Bedding and towels are not provided for people who choose tent camping)
• For sessions and activities that have limited capacity, people with a Pioneer ticket (first 100 tickets solid) will have first dibs to sign up for those sessions and activities
• Some practitioners may choose to offer private 1:1 sessions, like coaching or massage, and those would be paid for individually and are not covered in the ticket price.

• Camp Olympia has a highly rated staff chef who will be working directly with us to plan what foods will be served during our retreat.
• We will be sending out a detailed questionnaire to gather everyone’s food preferences and allergies to help us make these decisions.

• We will not be responsible for keeping anyone’s valuable items safe. Please do not bring anything you don’t want to lose.
• If you bring your car or you know someone who has a car there, you can lock items in a trunk for safe keeping.

• This event is definitely happening. Only a covid-type enforced shutdown would stop this event from happening.

• Check in starts at 2pm on the 24th, the opening event starts after dinner
• Check out is at 2pm on the 28th, the closing event starts after breakfast.

• We are planning to charter a shuttle bus looping between IAH airport in Houston and Camp Olympia on April 24th and 28th.

• Our current plan is to have the shuttle leave the airport at 12:30pm and 7:30pm (Local time- Central time zone)
• We will gather everyone’s flight information on a questionnaire, and we may choose to adjust those times to better accommodate everyone’s flights. If we do change the times we will let you know immediately.

• We’ve signed a contract for a minimum of 150 attendees, the venue max is just over 400 people

  • Camp Olympia will provide bedding and towels for every attendee assigned a bed
  • Size: smallest is 16 people in a cabin, largest is 20 people in a cabin

    • 2 cabins with a bathroom in the middle
    • Covered outdoor access to bathroom

• Our intention in cabin assignments will be the greatest good for the greatest number. 
• We will be sending out a detailed questionnaire to gather everyone’s sleeping preferences to help us make these decisions.

• If you choose to camp, you will be assigned a campsite on the property instead of a bed in a cabin.
• You will bring your own tent, sleeping bag, pillow, and towel

• Alcohol and drugs are not allowed on the Camp Olympia property.
• We expect everyone’s behavior to be considerate of the fact that some folks will be bringing their families and kids.

• Kids under 2 don’t have to pay as long as they share a bed and meals with a parent
• All other kids can come when a ticket is purchased for them
• We aren’t planning to provide any childcare or kid-oriented time
• We will most likely designate a family cabin, shared with other families who also are bringing kids

• • No, we’re creating a retreat-style schedule for this event, so there will be no day passes

• No, you can sleep off-venue if you prefer. The best off-camp options are airbnb’s.
