Would you like to facilitate Circling at CircleAnywhere? We are now accepting applications for new facilitators!

Joining our team gives you an opportunity to grow your leadership while being part of a community of like-hearted people committed to a world where inner peace and deep interconnection are the norm. You'll join a deliberately developmental, self-organized, global organization of over 40 individuals committed to helping people build great relationships 👊.  

We are looking for you if you are: 

👉 Passionate about relational presence

👉 Self-driven, professional, and dedicated to truth-love

👉 A Certified Circling facilitator

👉 Service oriented and expect to grow (forever)

👉 Available to lead at least 4 times/month

We prefer that you:

👉 Have a year of Circling leadership experience

👉 Lead a local community 

What’s the process like?

A group of facilitators from CircleAnywhere review every application. If you are selected, you will join a three month self-guided Facilitator in Training (FiT) program, which is designed for you to get a feel for the company culture and gain experience with our systems. This is a developmental journey that helps you avoid the traps of (1) being a narcissistic personal growth junkie, or (2) the self-denying helper that never gets their own needs met. During the program you’ll lead specific FiT circles on the platform with feedback from existing facilitators, participate in weekly peer practice, navigate our tech systems, and learn about our unique decision-making process—by leading one yourself within CircleAnywhere. 

Once you complete your FiT requirements and an onboarding circle, you will be officially welcomed to our CircleAnywhere team! 🎉

What if I’m not selected? 

We are accepting only a limited number of new FiTs at this time. If you are not selected, don't give up! Keep growing your leadership, and there may be better alignment during a future FiT. As we are growing, we expect to be onboarding facilitators more frequently.
