I want to make explicit that my writing, opinions, and advice are intended to spark inspiration, discussion, and thought. This is all to play with, to test against your own assumptions, culture and experience. If you like what you find, you have way more experience in your own life so you’ll be best applying it.

The same holds true for anything you learn from all relateful sessions, facilitators, courses, and practitioners. See what works and what’s true in your own life. Best practices aren’t that useful if you don’t know them in your own heart. Whatever you discover, make your own. Build on what you find here, evolve it, break it down and create something new from the pieces.

I say this because I think it’s a better way to learn, and is itself more aligned with the truth-love we’re aimed at. We’re not in the business of telling people what to do, we’re in the business of helping people find their own better ways of relating, by getting more conscious, more mature, more honest, more tuned in.
