Relateful Austin Accepting Applications — For the First Time Ever!!

Relateful Austin (formerly Austin Circling Studio) is thrilled to open our first ever opportunity to apply to join our team!

We have applications for two types of positions, and we're looking to hire multiple people in each role:

➡ Application to become a Facilitator at Relateful Austin

➡ Application for the Check-In Team at Relateful Austin

The application process will end in one month, on Sunday April 9th.

**Facilitator**

Requirements:

- Must live in Austin TX
- Certified as a Relatefulness or circling facilitator (accepted trainings include Level Up, SAS, Art of Circling, and Integral)
- Self-starting: eager to participate in a self-organized, deliberately developmental culture (the leadership side)
- Diligent, service-oriented, ready to be part of a team dedicated to excellence (the surrender side)
- 12 months experience leading circling in the world (recommended)
Those who are are selected will need to complete the "FiT: Facilitator In Training" 2-3 month orientation before being fully hired. This includes familiarizing yourself with our internal systems, leading sessions with mentorship, buddy circling, and should require about 2 hours a week. After that, starting compensation is $20/hr.

**Check-In Team**

Requirements:

- Must live in Austin TX
- Self-starting: eager to participate in a self-organized, deliberately developmental culture (leadership)
- Diligent, service-oriented, ready to be part of a team dedicated to excellence (surrender)
- Available to check-in at least two sessions per month (involvement)
Preferred:
- People who have attended sessions and value this practice (commitment)
Compensation per check-in is $10 in pay or $20 credit. If you choose to be paid, the money will be dispersed monthly by PayPal, automatic deposit, or Bitcoin (your preference). If you choose to be compensated with credit, that credit can be accrued for any length of time and used to purchase any of the offerings in the Relateful company (attending sessions, a membership, immersions, coaching sessions, Level Up, etc) Each month you can decide how much you want in pay or credit that month, it's totally flexible and completely up to you.
